46 year old female who had multiple previous reconstructive procedures including nipple-areola tattooing as well as radiation of the right breast. Her silicone implant was ruptured.
Dr. Turkeltaub removed the ruptured implant, replacing it with a larger one, performed a capsulectomy (removal of scar tissue) and recontoured the breast. On the left breast, the patient had a matching mastopexy.
