It would not be an exaggeration to state that people who are not transgender have absolutely no clue how difficult, stressful, anxiety producing and depressing that it can be to be one.

Something feels really strange to you but you just can’t figure it out.

Feeling that you were born in the wrong body.

When you were young, maybe you wanted to dress as a boy and play like one.

Having all male related interests, thoughts, mannerisms, etc. but your body tells you something different and you are confused.

Repulsed by your developing breasts.

And plenty more…

This is gender dysphoria. You already know that.

Fortunately, FTM or FTN Top Surgery can be incredibly effective in addressing gender dysphoria and allowing you to live and function as close to “normal” as possible.

It can, and most often is, a long, confusing and arduous route to get to the point in your life when you have come to the realization that you are transgender and accepted it and then have followed through with all the requirements necessary for you to be finally able to proceed with this gender affirming procedure.

Now for the great news.

With FTM or FTN Top Surgery, you can have extremely positive, life changing results immediately. Of course, you will need to have your dressing taken off before you can appreciate your transformation.

And affirmation.

You should be very excited to know, though you probably have already heard, that our top surgery patients (along with our breast reduction patients) are, unequivocally, our happiest and most appreciative patients.

Below is a typical example of results that can be seen in less than one week (photos A and B). This patient had a double incision free nipple graft mastectomy. The yellow and white dressings seen are the bolus dressings immobilizing the nipple-areola complexes allowing them to reacquire a blood supply. Two drains can be seen hanging down on both sides.
