It wasn’t too many years ago that when it came to breast enlargements, bigger was better. Larger than that was even better. Not uncommonly, women would specifically request that their breasts be made so large as to be “big and obviously fake” looking.

And it wasn’t just the 20 somethings who desired that. I had women even in their fifties who stated that they would not be satisfied unless they exceeded a “DD” cup size.

But, alas, times have changed. Giant and even just large breasts are not the present trend in taste. Instead, women more frequently now want fullness and firmness in a subtle way. They are looking to obtain small or moderate “C’s” or maybe small “D’s” that don’t draw attention and scream “boob job”. Looking natural and proportioned in clothes is the goal. Yes, there are still plenty of women who want to look large and be noticeable but that is much less common now.

Fortunately, there are far more breast implant options available today to customize to the look that you want, whether that desired size is a large “B”, moderate “C” or even a “DD” or larger. So whatever the look you want is, there is a great likelihood that we can help you obtain it.

If you are interested in scheduling your complimentary consultation for a breast augmentation or for any other plastic surgery procedure that I perform, please call my office at 480-451-3000.

A Message Regarding Coronavirus/COVID-19

As always, our highest priority is to ensure YOUR safety and well-being.

With coronavirus/COVID-19 still a health issue, we want you to know that we are continuing to take extreme infection control measures in our office to maximize cleanliness and keep the environment as sanitary and safe as possible. This also means that only patients will be permitted to come into our office and everyone will have their temperature checked.

In an abundance of caution, we are requesting that if you are experiencing a fever, cough, chills, fatigue or any type of respiratory illness, please delay any upcoming appointments at our practice. We can talk with you by phone or email to establish a new date and time for the appointment. You may also want to contact your healthcare provider for further evaluation.

We do offer Virtual Consultations and Telemedicine through doxy.me. This is best used for specific situations including postoperative questions and as a substitute for some postoperative office visits relating to certain procedures. However, if you are planning to proceed with surgery, an in-office evaluation will be required.

We are all in this together and really appreciate your cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
